At Trapper’s Sushi, we strive to create a small town atmosphere at each of our locations; we want to get to know the communities we service. In fact, owner Trapper O’Keeffe encourages all employees to learn at least our customer’s names by the time they leave, or in his mind, we haven’t done our jobs.

Since 2004, when our first location opened in Bonney Lake, Trapper aimed to build a company where employees thrived, growing by giving ordinary people extraordinary opportunity, we would be able to build a company where employees thrived. Using our TRAP-CHK core values (Teamwork-Respect-Accountability-Professionalism-Communication-Honesty-Kindness) when hiring and training employees, we aim to create a work environment where any employee can work their way to a greater future than they might’ve dreamed possible.
