Trapper's Sushi Co. surpasses $1M in donations to Valley Girls & Guys

As many of our customers know, every year Trapper's partners with Valley Girls & Guys! to donate to cancer research and treatment. This year we are thrilled to announce that we surpassed the $1M mark for donations!

We could not have done this without the support of our incredible staff, our invaluable vendors and sponsors, and our amazing customers. Making an impact in the local community is one of the highest priorities at Trapper’s and we believe in the work Valley Girls & Guys does for families in WA state, including our founder’s own family.

Thank you to everyone for supporting this wonderful cause, we look forward to even bigger and better things in the years to come as we continue the fight against cancer.

Valley Girls & Guys! was originally formed in 2007 by Tina McDonough as a 3-day walking team to raise money for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for a Cure, in honor of her friend, Michelle Brown, who passed away from cancer. Michelle was only 38 years old, leaving behind a 12 year old daughter and husband.

Valley Girls & Guys! has now expanded their efforts to all cancers and has recently transitioned to lavender for all cancer diagnoses. Valley Girls and Guys! are active year-round raising money to fight cancer and help patients and their families during treatment.
